Rosalind Hughes

CEO & Founder

Rosalind Hughes is a strategic and thoughtful leader who takes a methodical approach to helping clients stay organized, reduce overwhelm, and move through their real estate transactions without process redundancies. Her knowledge of systems administration is a valuable asset in creating scalable workflows that increase productivity and reduce processing delays and errors.

For nearly a decade, Rosalind has worked as an Administrative Support Specialist and Systems Coordinator, providing executive support to organizational leaders including Real Estate professionals. Her skills in operational logistics have helped teams and leaders create structure, deliver smooth client experiences, and maintain efficient operations at every phase of the customer experience.


By leveraging her operational logistics experience and love for clean systems, Rosalind made the natural transition into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she partners with agents to spot process gaps and ensure the accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables.
